• SCHOOL GIRL ACT.
  This verse will be taking place pre series and during buffy the vampire slayer. Threads will be set anywhere between Darla being sired by the Master to her showing up in Sunnydale in season one of btvs. Will follow the events of season one with the Master attempting to free himself to her second death at the hands of Angel.
  
  
  DEAD ISN'T BETTER.
  This verse will be taking place during season two of angel. Threads will be set anywhere between Wolfram and Hart bringing her back, making her mortal, to her third death. Will follow the events of season two with Angel attempting to save Darla while refusing to turn her to Wolfram and Hart bringing Drusilla into the fold who sires her in the end. Darla will be BOTH mortal and vampire in this verse.
  
  
  HELLO LOVER.
  This verse will be taking place during season three of angel. Threads will be set anywhere between Drusilla siring her in season two to Darla returning in season three pregnant with Connor. Will follow the events of season two with Darla fleeing LA after Angel threatening to kill her, her attempts at trying to find out how she became pregnant, her returning to LA after finding out nothing to her ultimately staking herself to save her son. This is the MAIN VERSE.

  Threads set in this verse will take place after Darla stakes herself. In this verse Darla is in some sort of hell dimension set up by Wolfram and Hart.
  
  
  ONE GOOD THING.
  Threads set in this verse will take place where Darla has once again been brought back. In this verse she is trying to find Angel and Connor so that she can fix her relationship with her family.
  
  
• FOSTER FAMILY.
  Darla had never been a fan of magic. But when she found herself pregnant with the first ever offspring of two vampires she knew that she would need some help. Help came in the form of Mason Davis, one of the most powerful warlocks in the Western World that Darla just happened to be an acquaintance of. Mason could sense that the child Darla was carrying was a human, it had a soul, and it was worthy to be saved.

  In an effort not to leave an innocent child at Darla’s mercy Mason offered the vampire his home. A home that was currently being shared by another young mother - Mara Foster and her daughters, Andy and Vinnie.

  Darla gave birth to a son she named Connor and fortunately for all a little piece of her child’s soul remained within her. It was enough to create a mostly harmonious household. They might be raised by a witch, a warlock, and a vampire but the kids are alright.
  
  
  THE TEPPES FAMILY.
  Every time that Darla died and came back to life the world was a little bit different. And so was she. After the fall of L.A. and the opening of the boundaries between worlds Darla returned to Earth with a little bit of her son’s soul inside her and an intense yearning for family. She found what she was looking for with an old acquaintance; Vlad Teppes.

  Vlad’s family was notorious and just as old as the Order had been. The two had mingled in the past and life with him seemed like exactly what she needed. The structure of an ancient vampire order was familiar and perhaps it would be enough to give her the courage she needed to reunite with her own family. But not before she had a little fun.
  
  
  SIBLING RIVALRY.
  It was Darla’s fault, really. She should have known that her new childe was too young and foolish to be left alone, let alone trusted to murder his family. Which was why she shouldn’t have been surprised when he showed up with his newly sired sister in tow. The Master had warned her that becoming a sire would be a challenge. But even he couldn’t have predicted the chaos that came with mediating a soulless sibling rivalry.
  
  

THE QUEEN.

             (Pre-Canon - Headcanon) The girl who would later become Darla (Elizabeth) was born in London in 1885 into a brothel. She worked as a prostitute and moved to the newly established Virginia Colony in 1600. She contracted syphilis in 1609 but before she could die naturally she was sired by The Master, an ancient and very strong vampire. The Master ran an Order called the Order of Aurelius which was a large network of his children (the vampires he had sired) and their fledglings. The Master’s ultimate goal was to bring back pure demons (The Old Ones) to Earth and to serve with them in ruling the world. To achieve this he created an empire that earned him great respect and prestige with many demons and afforded his family basically anything they could want.

Darla was the only female vampire the Master ever directly turned and she was his favourite childe. He gave her the name ‘Darla’ meaning ‘Dear One’. Being the favourite Darla was afforded many privileges over her brothers. As such she was mostly disliked though a few, including Luke who helped raised her, found her youthful mischief enchanting.

(Canon) In 1753 on a trip to Ireland Darla met and sired a young man named Liam. This became a turning point in her life where she became a sire to the newly named Angelus. Angelus was able to tempt Darla away from life with her sire and the Order with promises of a better life in the world above. Darla raised Angelus to be one of the most vicious vampires in history. Together they traveled the known world and wreaked havoc wherever they went, earning Angelus the title of Scourge of Europe.

In 1860 Darla led Angelus towards a young girl with visions who he tortured and then turned into the vampire Drusilla. The family of three continued their escapades until 1880 when Drusilla sired the vampire later named Spike.

Together the four vampires continued their destruction until 1898 in Romania where Darla brought Angelus a gypsy girl for his birthday. Angelus raped and murdered the girl while Darla watched and was then cursed with a soul by the girl’s family as punishment.

Darla attempted to have Angelus’s soul removed again but her plan failed and she abandoned him, leaving with Drusilla and Spike. The three remaining traveled together for a while, including to China in 1900 where Angelus, with a soul, attempted to rejoin the family. His attempt was short lived, however, and he left once again.

(Pre-Canon - Headcanon) Darla continued to travel with Drusilla and Spike for a decade or two but found it increasingly difficult to stay with the two younger vampires who were very much in love with each other. In the 1940’s Darla was instructed to attend to the Master who was trapped in the Hellmouth under Sunnydale after an attempt to raise the Old Ones went awry. Darla returned to her sire and the Order and despite traveling around when she was bored, stayed close to him.

(Canon) In 1997, serving the Master, Darla attempted to bring Angelus (still ensouled and now going by Angel) back to her and the Order. She attempted to use his crush on the Slayer, Buffy, but her plan backfired and Angel killed Darla in order to protect the Slayer.

In 2000 Darla was brought back to life by the evil law firm Wolfram and Hart in an attempt to cause Angel to revert to Angelus again. She was brought back as a human though, and was dying from the syphilis that nearly killed her the first time. The disease was extremely advanced and there was no way to cure it.

At first Darla attempted to convince Angel to turn her into a vampire but he refused and instead dedicated himself to finding some other way to save her. In his attempts Angel completed a Trial which should have granted Darla ‘new life’. However, since she had already been mystically restored the life could not be directly granted to her.

Darla accepted this and ultimately her own fate until, in a surprise move, Wolfram and Hart brought in Drusilla to forcibly turn Darla back into a vampire. Soulless once again Darla and Drusilla caused trouble around L.A. even massacring the people at Wolfram and Hart who were responsible for bringing Darla back in the first place.

Darla continued to independently try and gain power and to take Angel’s soul. Eventually Angel gave in and had sex with Darla which was supposed to give him a moment of true happiness and revoke him of his soul. The attempt didn’t work and Angel allowed Darla to leave if she promised to never return.

Approximately nine months later Darla returned to L.A. heavily pregnant. Despite both being vampires Darla and Angel had managed to conceive a child and she wanted to know what it was and how to get rid of it. Fearing the worst Angel’s team went to work finding out what might be bred by two vampires.

The child turned out to be a human boy but Darla’s vampire body was unable to carry it to term. With the baby’s soul inside her Darla was able to feel love for it and in an act of compassion she staked herself, effectively giving birth to the baby, Connor.
